“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have.” – Eckhart Tolle
In a world that often tells us to strive, fix, or become something more, it’s easy to forget that who we are—right now—is already enough.
At The Wild Within, I believe true healing begins the moment we stop chasing and start being. That’s where self-love lives: not in perfection or productivity, but in presence.
To love yourself is to sit with yourself—without judgement. It’s to notice your breath, feel the ground beneath your feet, and allow the now to be enough. As Eckhart Tolle teaches, the present moment is not a stepping stone to something better—it is life. And when we anchor into it, we find peace.
Self-love isn't always soft. Sometimes it’s choosing rest when the world expects action. Sometimes it’s letting go of old stories and standing in the stillness of who you’ve become.
The wild within you already knows how to heal. It asks only that you slow down, listen, and stay close to your own heart.
In each Reiki session, tarot reading, or quiet reflection, I invite you back to this space. Back to your breath. Back to your truth. Back to now.
Because this moment is where your power lives. And you are worthy of your own love—exactly as you are.
